Terms of Service

By accessing or using KiiCare ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

KiiCare provides a medication reminder and family coordination platform designed to help caregivers manage medication schedules for their aging parents. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended as a supportive tool, not a replacement for professional medical care.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use KiiCare.

Account Security: You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring information provided is accurate and up-to-date

Acceptable Use: You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with other users' experience
• Reverse engineer or copy any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data

What We Provide:

• Medication reminder notifications via email, SMS, or push notifications
• Family dashboard for shared visibility
• Medication scheduling and tracking tools
• Basic reporting and adherence insights

Service Limitations:

• Reminders depend on internet connectivity and device functionality
• We cannot guarantee delivery of all notifications due to factors beyond our control (carrier issues, spam filters, etc.)
• Service availability may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance
• Features may change or be discontinued with reasonable notice

Free Trial: We may offer a free trial period for new users. You will not be charged during the trial unless you upgrade to a paid plan.

Paid Plans: If you choose a paid subscription:

• You'll be charged the stated price at the billing interval you select (monthly/annually)
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel before the next billing date
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
• We use secure third-party payment processors (we don't store credit card details)

Refund Policy: If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid plan, contact us for a full refund. After 30 days, payments are non-refundable but you can cancel to stop future charges.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@kiicare.in. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Our Rights: KiiCare owns all rights to the Service, including software, design, content, trademarks, and logos. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

Your Data: You retain all rights to the data you input into KiiCare. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold KiiCare harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any medical decisions made based on use of the Service

Your Right to Terminate: You may close your account at any time by emailing us or using the account deletion feature.

Our Right to Terminate: We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your account is inactive for more than 12 months
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Required by law

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We will delete your data according to our Privacy Policy.

Informal Resolution: If you have a concern, please contact us first at support@kiicare.in. We'll do our best to resolve it informally.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction], India.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

• We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top
• We'll notify you via email if changes are significant
• Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms

If you don't agree with the changes, you should stop using the Service and close your account.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KiiCare.

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in effect.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right doesn't waive that right.

Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights to an affiliate or successor.
